PURCHASE OPTIONS

We offer the following purchase options to fit your needs:

One-Time Purchase
Purchase any Regenify product once with no commitment. You will be charged once at the time of order. No future charges will occur.

Subscribe & Save
Save on every order by enrolling in our subscription program. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency you choose (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your payment method will be charged automatically at the selected interval until you cancel.

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

  • Your subscription begins on the date of your first order.
  • You will be billed automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout.
  • You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge.
  • Prices are subject to change. We will notify you at least 7 days before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
  • All charges are processed in USD.

HOW TO CANCEL

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.

To cancel, you can:

  • Email us at support@tryregenify.store with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include your order number or the email address used at checkout.
  • Log into your account at tryregenify.store and manage your subscription from the account dashboard.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellations received after this window will take effect for the following billing period.

REFUNDS

  • One-time purchases: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@tryregenify.store within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
  • Subscription orders: If you are charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will review your case and issue a refund where applicable.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

To change your subscription frequency, quantity, or shipping address, email support@tryregenify.store at least 24 hours before your next billing date. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the next order processes.
